Why Exercise Is Important:

Exercise is important for any human body. If you want to enjoy a healthy life you have to do exercise on daily basis. Exercise boosts your energy and strengthens your body as well.

Who can Exercise?

Anyone can do exercise there is no age limit in exercise. But many people start to exercise on their own but with slow speed. Do 10-minutes of exercise for the first 2 or 3 days if you never do exercise earlier in order to let your body know all the movements.


Before starting exercise do consult with your doctor because your doctor knows well of you and he can tell you which exercises you need to do.

How much time Do I need to exercise?

A good goal is to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. But if you are new you need to start slowly. In the first week, you do the exercise of 10-20 minutes when you feel comfortable with 20 minutes of exercise then gradually increase the time of your exercise.


There are many Benefits of exercise but some of them are as follows:

1.Weight Control:

If you want to lose your extra fat from your body you need to do exercise. Exercise controls your weight, and if you exercise daily your weight will never be high again.

2. Reduce Heart Diseases:

Heart diseases are common nowadays because of the items that we eat daily from the bakery and from outside. To reduce these type of diseases you need to do exercise because the things that your body doesn’t need from that food item with the help of exercise you will remove those things from your body in different ways.

3. Reduce Stress & Depression:

Doing exercise is a great thing, you can reduce your stress & depression as well by doing exercise. It freshens your mind and removes stress from your mind.

4. Give Energy to Mind & Body:

Exercise give strength to your body, your body will be fit and you look good. Exercise gives energy to your mind as well when you exercise your mind gets fresh and you feel fresh.

5. Improve Sleep:

Exercise improves your sleep. If you do exercise you sleep well. Your body is relaxed and you get a good sleep.
